About us A $1.7 Billion Pharmaceutical services company engages BlueChip Search for a nation wide search. BlueChip Search is engaged to identify and hire 75 Clinical and Manufacturing Professionals in a 6 month engagement.

BlueChip Search assigns a Senior Consultant to coordinate the recruiting process and a Recruiting Consultant to drive candidate generation through "Cold Sourcing".

During the first days of the engagement the Senior Consultant contacts the appropriate Hiring Managers to qualify requirements and establish the recruiting process.

At the same time our Recruiting Consultant identifies and contacts candidates to build a pipeline.

Within the first 14 days an interview day is scheduled.

5 candidates interview with client managers during the 1st interview day. 4 offers are made and accepted in the first 30 days.

BlueChip Search reduces the client interview to hire ratio to 3:1 (previous interview to hire ratio was 10:1)

100 Hires were made for the client during the first 6 months of the engagement.

To date 150 Hires have been made for the client during the engagement (146 directly through BlueChip Search efforts, 4 hires from an existing agency relationship).

Total cost to client for first 6 months of the engagement: $114,400.

Agency Fees: 4 hires = $50,000

Total cost per hire including Agency Fees: $1,644.00
